Return Policy
Autographed Items
The Assemblage accepts returns on all autographed and non-autographed items purchased from us within fourteen (14) business days from date of delivery. In addition, all autographed memorabilia can be returned if an item was damaged during shipping or if we mailed an incorrect item. We must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. In all cases, please see below instructions for “Returns.” We must receive the item(s) in return before a refund is processed and issued.
Returns
All merchandise is considered to belong to the customer until we receive it back in the exact condition is was sent. Refunds will not be issued until merchandise is received by The Assemblage. We suggest customers (for their own protection) ship the package back to us insured for the purchase value. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with purchase, please carefully follow the return instructions:
1. Please contact The Assemblage, using the Contact Us form for your Return Authorization Number (RAN). All items being returned must have the original receipt. No returns will be accepted without copy of the original receipt.
2. All items returned at the customer’s request with no issue stated, will incur a 20% re-stocking fee up to a maximum of $50. Items that are returned with no RAN will also incur this fee.

- To receive a refund, item must be in the exact condition it was shipped in, with no damage or tampering;
- Damaged merchandise must be returned in original carton and packaging;
- No credit will be issued if any of the above is missing;
- We will refund shipping and handling charges only if our merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.
